PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Cacao Noel Liquor 99% dark couverture chocolate is made from pure cocoa butter, providing fast, even melting and simple tempering. It is used to reinforce chocolate flavor due to its intensely dark and bitter taste.

Composition: Cocoa mass 99%, Cocoa butter 54%, Sugar 1%

Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 - 72F, 20 - 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight after opening.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar.

Applications: Used as a flavoring for fondant, buttercream, pastry cream, ice cream, etc. Strong flavor and color.

Directions: Melt using typical chocolate methods.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
