Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68- 72 F, 20- 22 C)
Ingredients: Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cocoa butter, reduced fat Cocoa Powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, Vanilla flavor
Additional Notes: Sugar: 27% Cocoa mass: 72%.
Applications: Molding, dipping, enrobing, decoration.
Directions: Melt using typical methods.
