Le Chic Patissier by Delifrance 4 x 1.5" rectangle (75 ct), sweet tart shell is a delicious individual-size vessel. Fill with mousse, ganache, pastry cream, frangipane, and more. Delifrance pre-made tart shells are shelf-stable and hand-coated. These delicious tart shells are made of high-quality ingredients, including real butter, and are sturdy enough to hold heavy fillings. Coated to help hold their crunch are perfect for bakeries or as a plated dessert, and get the benefit of time and cost savings over preparing tart shells from scratch.

Delifrance tart shells are packed in vacuum-sealed sleeves, preserving freshness and protecting from damage.

Directions: Ready to use. Can be filled and frozen for future use.

Cool Weather: Temperatures below 70F - Orders ship Monday through Friday.

Warm Weather: Temperatures above 70F - Chocolate and perishables ship Monday through Wednesday for USPS Priority and UPS 2-Day Air, or Monday thru Thursday for UPS Next Day Air. Ground shipping should NOT be used during warm weather.
