Valrhona Raspberry Inspiration features the vibrant and luxurious flavor of fresh raspberries with the smooth texture and versatility of chocolate. Dehydrated raspberries are mixed with cocoa butter, sugar and lecithin to create a completely unique product with all the freshness of raspberries in the form of chocolate. Can be used for moulding bonbons and chocolate bars, and is exceptional in mousse, cremeux, ganache, ice creams, and sorbets.

Inspiration is an innovative new couverture line from Valrhona, created entirely with natural ingredients for vibrant colors and flavors.

Composition: 35% Cocoa (min), 52% Sugar, 36% Fat

Pairing Suggestions: Lemon, Lychee, Pistachio, Peppers, Fennel, Hibiscus, Almond Paste, Biscuit

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 35.9%, raspberry powder 11.5%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
