Valrhona Strawberry Inspiration features the creamy texture of chocolate with the sweet, intense flavor of real confit strawberries. Dehydrated strawberries are mixed with cocoa butter, sugar and lecithin to create a completely unique product with all the freshness of strawberries in the form of a chocolate. Can be used for mousse, cremeux, and ganache, and is exceptional in molding, ice creams, and sorbets.

Inspiration is an innovative new couverture line from Valrhona, created entirely with natural ingredients for vibrant colors and flavors.

Composition: 37% Cocoa (min), 39% Sugar, 38% Fat

Pairing Suggestions: Coconut, Lemon, Anise, Cilantro, Mint, Vanilla, Nougat, Orange Blossom, Verbena, White Jasmine Tea, Cocoa

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter 37.9%, strawberry powder 14.2%, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
